MGMG629: Managerial Negotiation Strategy
This course introduces students to concepts and techniques related to the business negotiation process. Although negotiation is considered essential for leaders and managers, most are ineffective negotiators. This course will examine negotiation pitfalls, preparation, fixed-pie and mixed-motive perceptions, distributive and integrative negotiations, styles, ethics, and critical negotiation issues.
